If the data on your dashboard doesn’t look right:

  1. Ensure your sensor is mounted for optimal accuracy on the entryway.

  2. Check that both the sensor and base station are online and have checked in within the last 2 hours.

  3. If either your sensor or base station has missed a check-in, troubleshoot the devices to get them back online.

  4. If your devices are online, and checking-in, contact us to further investigate the issue.
