If your sensor is having trouble connecting during activation:

  1. Make sure that your base station is plugged in and the status LED is solid or blinking green

  2. Click ‘Try again’ on the activation page

  3. Bring the sensor over to the base station and push the white button on the sensor while holding it near to the base station.

  4. If the sensor still is unable to connect, please contact us.
