Yes, but only in a pinch. If your Dor provided lithium batteries are dead, you can use 2x standard D Alkaline batteries while you’re waiting for your replacement lithium batteries to arrive. The sensor will only last approximately 2 months with alkaline batteries installed. Dor monitors the battery life of the sensors and will send you a replacement when the time comes.
