Once you no longer have an active subscription with Dor, you will lose access to your historical foot traffic data. We recommend exporting your data before you cancel your account.
If you cancel your subscription for a single location, your sensor will no longer report foot traffic data. However, if you still have an active subscription with a different location, you will be able to access the canceled location’s historical data. Canceled and inactive locations can be found in the ‘Inactive’ tab.
