You can adjust your email preferences on the dashboard in the ‘My Account’ section.
Go to your Account Preferences by clicking your name in the top right corner of the dashboard and selecting ‘My Account’
Locate the ‘Email Preferences’ section
Select or Unselect the checkbox > Update Preferences
