Dor sends automated weekly emails summarizing the foot traffic trends at your locations and to a location’s Primary Contact if there is an issue with a device’s connectivity or mounting orientation.
If you would like to update your email preferences:
Click your name in the top right corner of the dashboard
Select My Account
Email Preferences
Check or Uncheck the boxes
Select Update
