How do I change the currency on my dashboard?

Team admins and Admin level users have the ability to change the currency of the POS data on the dashboard.

To change the currency, users can select their preferred currency from the Calendar & Chart Preference module under the Admin tab on the dashboard. After selecting the desired currency, click "Update Preferences."

Depending on the amount of historical POS data integrated with the dashboard, the POS data may take several minutes to update. While the data is updating, the POS metrics on the dashboard will show an "N/A" status. This will be removed once the data is finished updating to the new currency. Users will still be able to view their foot traffic data while the POS data is updating.

If you are an Admin or Team Admin user that does not have the ability to toggle the currency and would like to change the currency of your POS data, please reach out to Dor Support and a member of our team will help you change the currency.
